Structural & Architectural Steelwork

The project demanded a wide variety of steel solutions, ranging from integral structural steel installation in the basement, restaurant, and penthouse, through to stainless steel posts and rails, frameless glass balustrades, and cantilevered balconies with breathtaking sea views.

Managing Structural Challenges

During the renovation, the lead contractor uncovered unforeseen structural defects once sections of the building were removed. Our team worked closely with the project engineers to adapt and redesign steelwork solutions swiftly, ensuring the build progressed smoothly while meeting safety and design requirements.

Interior Features

Two stainless steel feature staircases became focal points within the building, delivering a chic, minimalist finish. Frameless glass balustrades opened up previously dark, confined areas, creating the sense of space and light envisioned by the architect. Stainless steel bosses and cap-rail handrails added a refined, luxurious detail to the interiors.

External Staircases & Balustrades

The project included six external staircases, fabricated from galvanized steel and finished with mirror-polished stainless steel, post-and-rail balustrades. This consistent design was carried through all communal and landscaped garden areas, reinforcing the contemporary aesthetic.

Extensive Frameless Glass Installations

Frameless glass balustrades were utilized throughout the project, showcasing their versatility and design impact. In total, we installed over 200 linear metres across all phases of the construction, from penthouse apartments to the raised car park areas. The striking façade highlights just how integral the frameless system was to the overall design.
